Each interaction with your product results counts as a search request. This includes new search queries, filter selections or changes, pagination, and sort order changes. This ensures accurate, real-time results for every customer interaction.
Simply install Facetify from the Shopify App Store. Setup takes about 5 minutes, and you only pay for actual usage - there are no upfront costs or monthly minimums.
Absolutely. You can set monthly usage caps in the admin dashboard. We'll alert you at 80% and 100% of your cap. When you hit your cap, you can choose to stop service or continue with billing.
Facetify uses Shopify's billing system. Usage is tracked daily and billed through your Shopify invoice at the end of each billing cycle.
Payment is handled through Shopify. Whatever payment method you use for your Shopify subscription works for Facetify too.
